"You're entirely welcome Mr Busybody. I'm always glad to have guests visit my humble abode."
"Ms Faith, I see that you have a collection of Bibles in your bookcase and many wall hangings depicting Scriptures that apply to the importance of having faith. I take it then that you are a Christian?"
"Not just a Christian Mr Busybody, but a very strong and dedicated Christian. My life is devoted to the Lord and His teachings. All other things are secondary to me."
"Well, that is refreshing to hear Ms Faith. And by all the writings I see around me concerning faith, I assume you believe in the importance of faith?"
"Absolutely. You see Mr Busybody, a person is nothing without faith. Without faith we all will parish. Faith is the very foundation, the very essence of the Christian experience. A Christian without faith is not a Christian at all, but is no more then a lost heathen doomed for eternity."
"I see. Then you're telling me that you have absolute faith in God to lead your life?"
"Absolutely Mr Busybody. I know without a doubt that every step I take the Lord is leading me. There is absoluty nothing in this world that can possibly happen to me except the Lord ordains it to be so, and I am completely in His hands."
"That is very inspirational Ms Faith. I.....?"
"Pardon me Mr Busybody while I answer the phone. Yes?.....Yes......In fifteen minutes? ......I'll be here waiting for you."
"As I was saying Ms Faith, I......"
"I'm sorry Mr Busybody, but I'm going to have to chase you off. That was my insurance man and he's going to come and increase all my health and property coverage. Then I have to go to the rifle range for my weekly target practice and take my self-defense training. Here's your hat, and I'll lock and bolt the door after you. Be careful when you leave not to disturb my guard dogs, their vicious when riled. Oh, and don't forget to close the gate and reset the alarm when you leave."
19Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? (James 2:)
30Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? 31Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (Mat 6:)
